There when you want it. Silent when you don't. Your system runs whether you ever call us again — support exists because some people sleep better with a phone number.
Some clients want the system watched for them. Others self-manage from day one and never call. Both are right.
If you want us in your corner, support is arranged individually: scope agreed with you in writing, priced for your actual situation, month-to-month, ended with a phone call. No published tiers, no per-seat licenses, no automatic upgrades — for the same reason your assistant lives on your hardware and not on someone's cloud.
The system keeps running either way. That's not a promise we make; it's the architecture you bought.
Ask about support on a call →New workflows are quoted separately. Support keeps what we built running and healthy. When you want something new — another workflow, another integration, another department — that's a fresh scope with a fresh quote. Your first-install price never quietly creeps.
Travel is separate too. Remote support is arranged with your support agreement. On-site visits outside Central Florida are billed at cost and quoted in writing before you book.
You own the hardware and the system. Take it fully in-house any time — we hand over documentation, credentials, and a clean transition. Nothing breaks when support ends. That's not a slogan; it's the design.
Many clients start with support for the first months and graduate to self-managed once their people are comfortable. We think that's exactly right.
Ask on the first call — we'd rather you hear the boundaries up front than discover them later.
